Robert Bailey
With over 20 years of experience in the agricultural industry — particularly in livestock — I’ve built a career rooted in solving complex problems across agrarian sectors. My background extends to my childhood, where I spent most of my life immersed in the cattle industry, giving me first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing producers today.
In recent years, I’ve devoted myself to researching and sourcing the right products to help fill critical gaps in all agricultural industries. My focus is on green, organic, non-toxic, USDA-approved solutions — products that not only support healthier crops and livestock but also contribute to more sustainable, efficient treatments across the industry.
Outside of work, I enjoy creating and working on projects such as building guitars and working on vintage trucks. Family is everything to me, especially my wife and daughter.
Lloyd Williams
I was born and raised in Bridgeport, Texas, and have spent over 40 years working in the oil and gas industry. Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation on hard work, integrity, and a deep respect for the land and the people who care for it.
For 45 years, I’ve also been active in the rodeo world, competing in team roping and living out my passion for horses and agriculture. These traditions have shaped who I am and continue to guide how I live and work every day.
I’ve been married to my wife, Bridget Williams, for 36 years. We have one son, JC, and I’m proud to be “Papa” to three incredible grandkids: Lawton, Harlan, and Dusty. Family, faith, and the Western way of life are at the center of everything I do.
Alexis Bailey
I am a collaborative, proactive team player with a passion for building strong vendor relationships and ensuring smooth, efficient financial transactions. I take pride in bringing both precision and professionalism to every aspect of account management. I have worked in the oil and gas indutstry for 15+ years as both an admistriative assistant and bussiness developer.
Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family, staying active in my church community, and, of course, spoiling my beloved fur babies. I believe that balance, integrity, and strong connections are the keys to success — both in the office and at home.
Evri Bailey
As a recent graduate of Southern Methodist University, I have developed a passion for marketing, helping businesses grow and thrive through strategic branding and platform development. With over three years of hands-on marketing experience, I specialize in crafting clear, compelling messaging and building strong foundations for long-term business success.
My approach blends creativity with strategy, always focused on creating value and connection — whether through digital platforms, community engagement, or internal collaboration.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted music lover with a special appreciation for opera. Whether I’m analyzing market trends or enjoying a powerful performance, I bring energy, focus, and passion to everything I do.
